Come help make and EAT a gluten free, vegetarian, mostly vegan feast with friends, take home recipes & spice mixes, and learn about Ayurvedic balancing foods for the beginning of your winter celebrations.

Menu spotlights appetizers and desserts: poached pears, chocolate, and more!

Alex is a licensed acupuncturist and a certified Ayurvedic Wellness Coach based in Ellicot City. Steph is a plant-based personal chef who cooks at the Ruscombe Co-op Café on Tuesdays.
