What is Applied Kinesiology?
Applied Kinesiology is a non-invasive system of evaluating body function that is unique in the healing arts. Essentially applied kinesiology allows us to eavesdrop into the body to find out information in a quick and simple way. Common uses of applied kinesiology are to evaluate nutritional needs, to test for allergies, or to ask questions pertaining to one’s health.
It has become a dynamic movement in health care in its relatively short existence. George Goodhart discovered Applied Kinesiology in 1964 and it has grown and incorporated many different techniques across a wide diversity of professions.
