Healing foods, healthy ingredients, and made by Ruscombe practitioners and staff.
Thank you Whole Foods in Mt. Washington for donating a hefty cheese and fruit tray of natural goodness.
We barely had room on the table for all the heathy foods! Everybody eat up!
Ruscombe Founder Dr. Zohara Hieronimus moderates a panel of practioners. Discussions covered general benefits of natural healing, holistic methods to help with digestive, allergy, and lung conditions, and natural ways to alleviate health challenges. From left to right: Barry Drew, LMT, Dr. Ina Grundman M.D., Dr. Zohara Hieronimus, Dr. Stacey Kargman, M.D., LAC, Audrey Guzik, Ph.D., and Sara Eisenberg, MS.
Audrey Guzik, Ph.D. (Whole Life Weight Management, Coaching, and Psychoeducation) who recently joined Ruscombe Mansion looks on as Sara Eisenberg, MS and Master Herbalist who has been with us for over twenty years, talks about how herbs have an affinity to certain body tissues and can work on those tisses without disruptive side effects.
Lots of people hung around after the panel discussion for some one-on-one question and answer time with our pratitioners.
