Join us for a NIA class on Thursday evenings, 5:30-6:30pm

NIA is a 60 minute cardio workshout that engages all of your body, your spirit and your senses.  It is a fusion movement class that combines dance arts, martial arts and healing arts.

Class $10 drop in and $5 for an intro class
