Enrollment is open for Spring Qi Gong Classes. Also known as ‘Springtime Medicinal Movement and Meditation Practices.’ A quick and easy DIY ‘Tune-up’ for our Liver/Detox functions. Classes start the first week of March. 
 
Three one hour classes, Mon PM or Wed AM. Live online presentations.

Late Summer/Harvest Season Qi Gong Practices to Help Digest Food and Process Change. 
Three 90-minute online presentations, Mon pm or Wed am, July 20-Aug 5 

Late Summer/Harvest Season comes with unique healing gifts for our digestive systems, including functions that support us in times of transition. Some simple movement and meditation practices (‘Qi Gong’) can help us tap into these gifts. I’ll present a collection of them in an easy to swallow format: Three 90 minute classes on either Monday evenings or Wednesday mornings, starting July 20 and 22. Live online presentations so you can tune in from wherever you’ll be then.

This new virus has changed so much this Spring. It’s radically altered routines and relationships for all of us. We’re learning new technologies to connect with loved ones, colleagues and clients. Reclaiming old practices like cooking from a pantry. Bowing to each other instead of shaking hands. Re-discovering the importance of the simple, sacred act of hand washing. Remembering the value of time outdoors.
